Shipping Policy:
We ship via UPS and USPS primarily. All rate quotes are valid at time of order. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please contact us.
All orders are shipped in a timely manner. Stock design products ordered before 12:00 noon (CST) will normally ship the following day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly concerning the status of the order.
All custom orders (custom designs, personalized) will ship when the item is printed (usually in 3-5 days). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly concerning the status of the order.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of custom products, any custom order unfortunately cannot be refunded. Please be sure of your design.
If we fail to print the item correctly, we will replace the item.
All custom orders that have been printed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. Any returned stock item will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
